Topline Construction, based in Conshohocken, PA, was selected for this re-roofing project to give new life to this existing structure near the Fishtown neighborhood in Philadelphia, PA. The upper roof of the restaurant, which is a 3,000 square-foot area had a slope of ¼" per foot, and the lower roof, 7,000 square feet, had a slope of 6/12 with large gussets at the eave with internal drains. Given the slope, Topline specified Versico’s RapidLock (RL™) TPO system.

When the 70,000-square-foot print shop and manufacturing facility in Pennsauken Township, NJ, needed a new roof, the building owner wanted a cost-effective, durable, and long-lasting replacement that would support a solar array.

The original specification for this 16,000-square-foot roof called for white TPO roofing, but the owner wanted to choose a color to match the rest of the exterior. The roofing contractor, Topline Construction, told the owner about Versico’s special color TPO program, which offers more pre-formulated colors than any other manufacturer in the marketplace. After reviewing the color options, a Versico Terra Cotta TPO system was chosen by the owner.

AAMCO Roofing decided to install an 80-mil VersiWeld TPO membrane on Playland’s Castaway Cove, adhered with CAV-GRIP Low-VOC Adhesive and primer. For the insulation installation, Flexible DASH Adhesive was chosen to fully adhere the insulation. Mark Martino, Owner at AAMCO Roofing said, “We chose to use the splatter application method with Flexible DASH Adhesive to save time and money. Once we ran the numbers, we saw the potential savings right away.”

This 45,000 square-foot warehouse project in Joliet, IL, was completed by Weatherguard Roofing and used Versico's 16-foot-wide TPO.
