1.Versico VersiGard® EPDM mechanically fastened using Versico HP-X Fasteners and HPV-XL plates. Black EPDM reduces heating costs and minimizes condensation. TPO or PVC could also be used.
2. QAT - For secure, efficient seam sealing to reduce installation time and enhance seam strength.
3. 1/2" HD Polyiso adhered or mechanically fastened over the insulation to provide a durable surface for the membrane.
4. Minimum 2", R-value around 12 - mechanically fastened to the deck with staggered joints.
5. Applied directly above the deck to restrict moisture diffusion into the roof assembly.
6. Structural steel or concrete deck; clean, smooth, and free of debris to provide a stable substrate. Versico-Approved Details – Versico VersiGard EPDM Elastoform for flashings at penetrations, walls, and terminations, secured with Versico Bonding Adhesive.
Cost-effective, quick installation, UV- and hail-resistance, suitable for moderate wind conditions.
Approximately 24 (based on 2” of polyiso insulation).
Up to 20 years with Versico's standard warranty for leak protection.
Smaller cold storage facilities, moderate climates with less extreme temperatures.
