Versico's patented, labor-saving Flexible DASH Adhesive, a two-component, construction-grade, low-rise polyurethane adhesive, is designed for bonding VersiFleece membranes and/or insulation to various substrates. Flexible DASH provides a VOC-free, low odor application suitable for occupied buildings. The combination of VersiFleece and Flexible DASH Adhesive offers a system with superior impact resistance and strength.

Flexible DASH Adhesive and Rig Training

This class covers in-depth content about all VersiFleece membranes and Flexible DASH adhesives. Attendees will learn detailed start-up, operation, shutdown, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Flexible DASH dispensing equipment. Product application will take place in a climate-controlled facility to replicate real-life field applications. This class is for contractors that have equipment or are interested in purchasing new equipment.

Temperature Sensing Gun (TSG)

Versico Roofing Systems' TSG is an advanced, industrial grade two-component dispensing tool designed for use with Flexible DASH Dual Tank adhesive systems. The TSG incorporates real-time temperature sensing, actively measuring the adhesive temperature as it passes through the gun. Integrated blue, green, and red LED indicators clearly communicate material temperature to the user, helping ensure proper application and reducing the potential for wasted chemicals.

Flexible DASH Dual Tanks

Versico's Flexible DASH Dual Tank Adhesive is a two-component, construction-grade, low-rise polyurethane adhesive designed for bonding Versico's VersiFleece® membranes and/or insulation to various substrates. Now featuring an HFO-blowing agent, Flexible DASH Dual Tanks have improved characteristics compared to products that use an HFC-blowing agent.

Splatter Application

Flexible DASH 50-gallon drums, 15-gallon drums, and 5-gallon drums are approved for splatter application, for both membrane and insulation attachment, when applied using Versico-approved dispensing equipment.
