Versico’s high-performance DeckVent insulation is composed of lightweight, closed-cell expanded polystyrene meeting the requirements of ASTM C578 Type IX. DeckVent has excellent dimensional stability, compressive strength, and water-resistant properties. DeckVent is designed to be mechanically fastened directly to concrete decks. The use of DeckVent in conjunction with one-way and two-way pressure relief breather vents allows the installation of the roof system to begin upon structural cure of concrete.
